Synertec Enters Agreement with Battery & Energy System Producer
- Synertec enters MOU with Ritar International Group to access cutting-edge battery technologies and streamline manufacturing
- Partnership aims to integrate Ritar's battery tech and optimize Powerhouse to enable rapid, cost-effective large-scale delivery
- Collaboration expected to bring more innovative features to enhance Powerhouse's reliability and value for customers
Diversified technology company Synertec Corporation Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with world-leading battery producer, Ritar International Group. The MOU relates to Powerhouse, Synertec's fully renewable and AI-driven microgrid technology. The partnership aims to integrate Ritar's advanced battery technology and manufacturing operations into Powerhouse, with a focus on its OPzV battery technology. The companies will also work to optimize elements of Powerhouse to ensure its manufacture and delivery is streamlined, cost-effective, and can be produced at a rate of 1 battery unit per day. This is expected to enable Synertec to deliver hundreds of Powerhouse units annually at a discount of 30% to 60% to current costs. The MOU is effective for 12 months, with the parties intending to enter into further agreements for project delivery, procurement, and longer-term supply of advanced products. Synertec believes this partnership with Ritar, a global scale, high-quality manufacturer of advanced battery technology, will lay a solid foundation for long-term cooperation and enable the development of more innovative features to enhance Powerhouse's reliability and value for its customers.
The partnership with Ritar is expected to enable Synertec to deploy its Powerhouse smart renewable microgrid technology at a significantly increased rate, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and emission-free power in remote areas. Synertec has also identified other larger-scale critical applications and opportunities in industries such as utility power supply and data centers that will benefit from this MOU.
