Full Summary

Service Stream Limited (ASX: SSM) has announced that it has secured an agreement with NBN Co that will continue the company's support for nbn's upgrade of the remaining Fibre to the Node (FTTN) footprint. The agreement will be worth approximately $440 million over the initial term. Under the new agreement, Service Stream will provide specialist design and construction services to support eligible premises with progressive access to nbn Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) technology. This agreement will continue the work currently being performed by the business under its existing N2P Evolution Agreement across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, which would otherwise conclude in Q3 of 2025. The agreement has an initial 3.5-year term and includes a 2-year extension option, at nbn's election. Managing Director, Leigh Mackender, said that Service Stream is delighted to secure further works under nbn's program to upgrade the remaining FTTN network, providing both continuity and longevity to its existing design and construction operations with nbn.
