BPH Global Ltd (ASX: BP8) has announced the completion of its second sale of seaweed under the previously announced Sales Cooperation Agreement with PT. Kebula Raya Bestari (Kebula). The sale was made to PT Surya Seaweed Indonesia, a seaweed company based in Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Kebula facilitated the logistics and supply chain arrangements for the transaction. The completed sale comprised the supply of 400 bags totalling 40 metric tonnes of seaweed biomass, for a sale price of USD 39,370 (including Indonesian value added tax of 0.25%). Consistent with the previously announced arrangement, profit sharing was applied at 65% BP8 and 35% Kebula. This transaction represents BP8's second shipment of seaweed with Kebula under the Sales Cooperation Agreement, highlighting the ongoing momentum and practical progress of the strategic partnership. Kebula's management of logistics continues to enable BP8 to efficiently connect Indonesian seaweed producers with both domestic and international buyers.
