Thrive Tribe Technologies Ltd (ASX:1TT) has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 16 July 2025. The key items to be considered are: 1) Ratification of the prior issue of 91,740,000 shares under a placement in November 2024; 2) Consolidation of the company's share capital on a 20:1 basis; and 3) Approval to issue new shares under a placement for up to $1,000,000. The company has used the funds from the November 2024 placement for working capital purposes. The share consolidation is proposed to reduce the total issued capital to a more appropriate and effective capital structure for continued growth.
