Ventia Services Group Ltd has been awarded a new agreement with Tuatahi First Fibre (Tuatahi) valued at approximately AUD$100 million for an initial five-year period. Ventia will be the primary service partner delivering fibre build, customer connections and maintenance across New Zealand for Tuatahi. The new agreement builds on Ventia's long-standing 14-year partnership with Tuatahi and aligns with Ventia's strategy to redefine service excellence through customer focus, innovation, and sustainability. Ventia has been a strategic partner to Tuatahi since 2011 and has extensive experience delivering all in-scope services including design, build and maintain, reactive support, field service supervision and project management. Tuatahi CEO John Hanna stated that Ventia has a proven track record in fibre services and shares Tuatahi's commitment to customer excellence, and that the partnership will help Tuatahi scale effectively, respond quickly, and maintain high performance across its network. Ventia's Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Dean Banks, said Ventia is proud of its long-term partnership with Tuatahi and is excited to further extend the relationship with a model that enables growth and operational efficiencies. The new agreement will commence from 1 July 2025.
