XRG is a market leader in immersive Extended Reality (XR) solutions, offering both VR and AR experiences. Its current portfolio includes advanced XR training and simulation products, VR entertainment, and indoor skydiving facilities. XRG's core product, Operator XR, is significantly outpacing the legacy entertainment segment in revenue and scalability. Operator XR is a tactical-level XR system designed for soldier and police officer training, offering features such as unlimited scenario design, real weapon integration, and mobility. Operator XR has seen rapid expansion since January 2024, with 65 customers, 137 deployed systems worldwide, and presence in 28 US states. Its Total Contract Value (TCV) has grown 161% since the end of FY24, reaching $10.7 million, and its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) has grown 106% to $4.6 million. XRG is targeting consistent volume growth in the US law enforcement and military markets, with a focus on gaining a foothold in the US law enforcement market. The company has also made significant strategic milestones, including balance sheet improvements, record financial results, and a refined focus on Operator XR. The company is reviewing strategic options for its legacy assets, including the FREAK VR entertainment brand and iFLY indoor skydiving facilities.
