Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) has announced that a final distribution totalling 5.20 cents per stapled security will be paid for the period ending 30 June 2025. The distribution is expected to comprise of a 0.80 cents fully franked dividend and a 4.40 cents trust distribution. The key dates for the June 2025 distribution are: ex-distribution date of 27 June 2025, record date of 30 June 2025, and distribution payment date of 19 August 2025 (subject to change). Centuria Capital Group also confirmed that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is suspended for the June 2025 final distribution.
