Mirvac Group has announced a distribution of 4.5 cents per stapled security, payable on 28 August 2025 to securityholders on the record date of 30 June 2025. The distribution is from Mirvac Property Trust only, with no dividend being paid from Mirvac Limited. Securityholders with a registered address in New Zealand on the Record Date will be paid their distribution in New Zealand dollars. Additionally, any securityholder regardless of their domicile can opt to receive their distribution payment in Australian or New Zealand dollars if their nominated bank account is in the country of the nominated currency. Securityholders should contact the share registry, MUFG Corporate Markets (AU) Limited, for information on currency arrangements, to obtain Direct Credit forms, and to update their bank account details. The components of the distribution will be available on Mirvac's website around 28 August 2025, before the payment of the distribution.
