This new platform represents an evolution of the Jayride business, building upon the initial scale and market penetration developed from Jayride's aggregator model, to create new, higher-margin, scalable revenue streams. The platform enables a transport operator of any size to operate on a 'Powered by Jayride' technology stack, providing an integrated payment and payout engine, direct API connectivity to Jayride's aggregation platform, and a fleet and dispatch management tool. Jayride will also be launching various AI-powered tools later this year, including an AI-powered travel concierge support model and predictive analytics of travel demand. The rollout will follow a staged partner-led model, with Jayride in early confidential negotiations with strategic operators in several key markets. The SaaS model offers compelling advantages over the aggregator model, including higher margins, lower operating costs, and significantly greater scalability. Importantly, the subscription-based payment structure delivers a reliable and predictable recurring revenue stream, enhancing long-term financial stability and visibility.

Jayride will continue to serve as an aggregator for its thousands of existing transport providers while transitioning as many operators as possible to the new SaaS platform. The company will also continue to aggregate transport providers on both the new offering and the legacy system, and offer that supply to its expansive network of travel agents and other partners.
