APA Group has announced a dividend of AUD 0.30 per security, relating to the financial reporting period ended 30/6/2025. The ex-date is 27/6/2025, the record date is 30/6/2025, and the payment date is 10/9/2025. Securityholders with a registered address in New Zealand may elect to receive the distribution by direct credit in NZ or AUS dollars by providing bank account details prior to the relevant record date. If no direct credit or DRP election is made, payment will be withheld in NZ dollars. A full Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is available, with a 1.5% discount and a 10-day volume weighted average price calculation period commencing 7 trading days after the record date. DRP securities will be a new issue and will rank pari passu from the issue date of 10/9/2025.
