Brightstar Resources has received further results from its ongoing +80,000m infill and extensional drilling program at the 1.5Moz Sandstone Hub in Western Australia. The company's maiden RC drill program at the Bull Oak deposit, comprising five extensional holes, has confirmed the potential for high-tonnage gold deposits amenable to large-scale open pit mining. Significant assay results include 178m at 0.70g/t Au from 16m in hole BORC25005, including high-grade intervals of 1m at 20.4g/t Au and 1m at 8.94g/t Au. These results complement previously reported intercepts from the program, further validating the Exploration Target and supporting the growth potential of the Mineral Resource. The company also received results from an early-stage RC drilling program at the Sandstone North prospect, which successfully followed up on historical gold mineralization beneath old workings, with highlights including 2m at 7.54g/t Au and 5m at 3.17g/t Au. Brightstar's Managing Director commented that the consistent widths and grades intersected at Sandstone North suggest genuine resource potential, and the company plans further drilling as part of the ongoing program at the Sandstone Hub.

RC drilling also continues within the Sandstone Hub, with the rig currently at the Montague East Project before moving back to Sandstone to follow up on the recent exploration results, including the high-grade intercepts from the Musketeer drilling.
