Full Summary

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ) is pleased to report on drilling progress at its Heemskirk Tin Project in Western Tasmania. The program comprising a 24-hole (~9,500m) diamond drilling campaign focused on infill and extensions to the 2023 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) is nearing completion. To date, Stellar has completed 23 holes for a total of 8,903 metres. At the northern end of the Severn deposit, drill hole ZS187 has been completed to a depth of 648 meters, targeting mineralization 100 metres down dip of previous drilling. The Company has immediately wedged off this hole based on geological information and will add more wedge holes to the ZS187 parent hole to test zones around the hole. The positive results from Queen Hill and Severn deposits support the potential for the continuation of the Heemskirk tin system at depth and along strike, reinforcing the potential to significantly grow and upgrade the Mineral Resource. Given the success of the drilling, the Board has approved an extension of the program with an additional 5 holes and wedges for 2,500m of diamond drilling commencing immediately. The Company is buoyed by the fact that the nearby Renison Tin Mine started with a 4.0Mt tin Reserve in 1968 supporting an initial 5-year LOM, yet is still being mined today 50 years later. Prefeasibility work is progressing well, including ore sorting test work, mining and metallurgy workstreams, and environmental baseline work.

Outlook

The Company is positioning Stellar to advance into development with a robust and expandable Heemskirk tin project, with the potential to establish a long-life tin operation with strong growth potential beyond the initial production outlook.
