Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) has announced the signing of an Advanced Payment Agreement with GE HealthCare, demonstrating the completion of the prerequisites under the previously announced Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Enlitic and GE HealthCare. Following Enlitic's successful A$10m capital raise in early June 2025, the company has now provided confirmation to GE HealthCare that the required funding had been secured, a key requisite of the MOU. With this milestone achieved, Enlitic and GE HealthCare have signed the Advanced Payment Agreement, permitting the release of an initial advance payment of US$2 million from GE HealthCare to Enlitic. This advance payment fulfills all required actions under the MOU, allowing both parties to move forward with their strategic collaboration. Under the agreement, Enlitic's wholly owned subsidiary Laitek, Inc. will now work to deliver between US$3-6m per year (~A$4.6-9.2m) of annual migration capacity to GE HealthCare for the next 5 years, representing a potential revenue opportunity of up to A$46m for Enlitic over the next 5 years.
