Silk Logistics Holdings Limited (ASX:SLH) has announced that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has confirmed it will not oppose the proposed acquisition of Silk Logistics by DP World Australia. The acquisition is to be implemented through a scheme of arrangement. While the ACCC has cleared the transaction, the scheme implementation remains subject to the satisfaction of certain other conditions precedent, including approval by Silk shareholders and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
