Empire Resources Limited (ASX: ERL) has successfully completed a reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at its Yuinmery Copper-Gold Project in Western Australia. The drilling program comprised 21 RC holes for a total of 2,593m, testing for copper-gold or gold-only mineralization at the YT01, YT12, YT19, Magnetic Hill, Main Road, and Marcus-Augustus prospects. The drilling was conducted in June 2025 and follows up on previous RC drilling results from March 2025. All samples from the latest drilling have been submitted to Intertek Minerals for analysis, and the results will be released once they become available. The Yuinmery Project is located approximately 470km northeast of Perth and 80km southwest of Sandstone, Western Australia. The project area covers the eastern portion of the Archaean Youanmi greenstone belt, with rock types consisting largely of altered chloritic felsic and intermediate volcanic units, along with minor tholeiitic and ultramafic volcanics, BIF, and chert. The project area is situated between the Youanmi Shear zone and the Yuinmery Shear zone, with a prominent north-south foliation overprinting many of the rocks.
