Pact Group announces voluntary delisting from ASX
- Pact Group to delist from the ASX on 16 July 2025
- Shares can be traded on ASX until 14 July 2025
- Provides provisional unaudited FY25 trading update
Pact Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: PGH) has announced its voluntary delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective close of trading on 16 July 2025. The company will apply to the ASX to have its shares suspended from close of trading on 14 July 2025, two business days prior to the removal from the Official List. Shareholders will be able to sell their shares on the ASX prior to the suspension. After the delisting, the company's shares may only be sold by way of off-market, private transactions. Pact Group has also provided a provisional unaudited trading update for the 2025 financial year (FY25). The company's Continuing Operations revenue was up 1.1% on the prior comparable period, predominantly due to increased volumes in the Materials Handling & Pooling segment. The FY25 results remain subject to audit, and the company expects to release its audited FY25 results on or about 21 August 2025.
