The acquisition represents a strategic step in expanding Hiremii's service offerings, geographic footprint, and industry coverage. Prince Migration brings established expertise in skilled migration, education-linked migration services, and business and family visas pathways, as well as a complementary client base and an experienced team of migration agents and operational staff. The acquisition positions Hiremii to capture a greater share of the growing migration services market, with Prince Migration benefiting from Hiremii's scale, AI platform, and marketing capabilities. The total consideration payable for the acquisition includes the issuance of Hiremii shares and performance rights linked to Prince Migration's future earnings targets. The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent and is expected to complete in July 2025.
The acquisition of Prince Migration is expected to generate strong earnings growth for Hiremii, with performance rights linked to Prince Migration achieving EBIT targets of $115,000 for the year ended 30 June 2026, $340,000 for the year ended 30 June 2027, and $600,000 for the year ended 30 June 2028.
