Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA), the integrated smart transport technology solutions provider, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Orcoda Healthcare and Transport Logistics Pty Ltd has executed multiple Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) contracts with community transport providers across Australia as a result of the ACTA Trial. The ACTA Trial, a 1-year program launched by the Australian Federal Government's Department of Health and Aged Care in partnership with the Australian Community Transport Association, aimed to refine the methodology for calculating transport costs, explore alternative policy arrangements, and integrate social engagement and client choice into the development of future transport pricing mechanisms. Orcoda's Community Transport software was one of the transport software platforms approved for the ACTA Trial, and by the end of the 12-month trial, the Orcoda platform was recognized as exceptional in delivering the requirements set out in the trial. As a result, Orcoda has been awarded six (6) new multi-year SaaS contracts with community transport providers across Australia, with an initial three-year term commencing on July 1, 2025. These new contracts, along with upgrades to existing Community Transport contracts and other new contracts written during the year, have taken Orcoda's overall Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to approximately $5 million, achieving a circa 23% year-on-year growth.

The six new SaaS contracts have an initial three-year term commencing on July 1, 2025 and are expected to generate approximately $1 million in incremental revenue for Orcoda over the initial term.
