Boom Logistics Limited (ASX:BOL) has announced that Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Mr Ben Pieyre has tendered his resignation from those roles in order to pursue opportunities outside of the crane industry. Boom's Chair, Mr Kieran Pryke, expressed gratitude for Mr Pieyre's service over the past six years, including two years as CEO, during which he contributed greatly to the performance and growth of Boom. Mr Pieyre stated that it has been a great step in his career and a privilege to work with the Boom team, but he believes the new path he has chosen is the right one for his family. A comprehensive search for a new CEO will commence, with a permanent appointment expected to be made later in 2025. Mr Pieyre will continue as CEO until the 31st of December 2025 to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
