ECP Emerging Growth Limited (ASX: ECP) has released its quarterly report for the period ended 30 June 2025. The report confirms that the Conversion Price of the ECP Convertible Notes (ASX: ECPGA) remains unchanged at $1.43. Furthermore, the LTV Ratio (loan-to-value ratio) as at 30 June 2025 is 21.52%, calculated based on the Total Debt, Cash and Cash Equivalents, and Market Value of all Marketable Securities held by the Issuer. The report also states that the Issuer has complied at all times with the terms of the Notes, the Trust Deed, and the relevant chapters of the Corporations Act 2001 during the reporting period. No circumstances arose that could cause the Notes to become immediately payable or enforceable, nor were there any substantial changes in the nature of the Issuer's business or any changes to the guarantors. The Issuer is not aware of any other matters that may materially prejudice the security interests or other interests of the Note holders.
