Kingsland Minerals retracts production target
- Company retracts previously disclosed production target
- Production target did not comply with ASX Listing Rule 5.16
- Investors should not rely on the retracted information
Kingsland Minerals Ltd (ASX: KNG) has announced that it is retracting a production target it had previously disclosed in an announcement on 22 July 2025 titled 'Leliyn Scoping Study almost completed'. The company states that the disclosure of the 1Mtpa processing plant size may have been interpreted as a production target, as defined in ASX Listing Rule 5.16, and that the company did not have a reasonable basis to state a production target in accordance with that rule. Kingsland Minerals has advised that investors should not rely on this information to make any investment decisions in the company. The company has also noted that it omitted the Competent Persons statement for the Leliyn Graphite Exploration Target, which is now included in the announcement.
