Tshipi Declares ZAR300m Final FY2025 Dividend

Jupiter Mines Limited (ASX:JMS) (Jupiter or the Company) is pleased to announce that the Board of Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining Pty Limited (Tshipi) has declared a final dividend to its shareholders of ZAR300 million for the second half of the financial year ended 30 June 2025 (FY2025). Jupiter will receive its share of this dividend, equating to ZAR142.2 million (approximately A$12.3 million, net of withholding tax). In addition to the dividend received from Tshipi, Jupiter will also receive ZAR26.3 million (approximately A$2.3 million) in marketing profits for the period. Jupiter's Managing Director Brad Rogers commented: 'Tshipi's final dividend declaration for FY2025 demonstrates the mine's ability to generate strong, consistent cash flows across the manganese price cycle, underpinned by a high-quality, long-life resource and an experienced management team.' The Jupiter Board will advise the final dividend to its shareholders alongside its preliminary full year FY2025 results, which are scheduled for release on 29 August 2025.
