Xstate Resources Limited (ASX:XST) provided its Quarterly Activities Report for the quarter ending 30 June 2025. The key activities during the quarter included the disposal of the Company's interests in the Anshof project in Austria, with Xstate receiving the equivalent of A$963,160 for its 20% working interest. The Company retained its portfolio of assets in California, USA, and continued preparations to drill the Diona-1 well in the Surat Bowen basin of South-West Queensland, Australia. To facilitate the re-listing of the Company's shares on the ASX, Xstate issued a Re-Compliance Prospectus seeking to raise between $2 million and $3 million. The Company's cash balance at the end of the quarter was A$2.488 million, down from A$3.276 million at the start of the quarter. Payments to related parties during the quarter totaled A$128,000, primarily for directors' salaries, superannuation, and additional consulting work.
