Jayride Launches SaaS Platform, Shifts to New Revenue Stream
- Launch of SaaS platform, a significant strategic shift for Jayride
- Platform offers end-to-end automation, quick settlements, and powerful analytics
- Early integration efforts constructive, with growing pipeline of prospective SaaS clients
Jayride Group Limited (ASX: JAY), a global ground transportation technology company, has provided a review of its activities over the quarter ended 30 June 2025 and the corresponding Appendix 4C. The key highlights include the launch of a SaaS platform, a significant strategic shift for Jayride towards a new revenue stream. The Jayride SaaS platform is a white-label B2B solution that enables transport providers to manage their own fleets, dispatch, pricing, bookings, and payments. It includes real-time API integration with Jayride's marketplace, giving providers access to global demand while maintaining full control over their own operations. The platform offers end-to-end automation, quick settlements, and powerful analytics - all under the operator's own brand, 'Powered by Jayride.' It directly solves the key issues transport providers face, such as delayed payments, manual operations, poor visibility, and disparate disconnected systems. The SaaS model offers compelling advantages over the aggregator model, including higher margins, lower operating costs, and significantly greater scalability that doesn't require a proportional increase in staffing. The subscription-based payment structure also delivers a reliable and predictable recurring revenue stream, enhancing long-term financial stability and visibility. Jayride will continue to serve as an aggregator for its thousands of existing transport providers whilst it looks to transition as many operators as possible to this new platform. The company has selected Thailand as the launch market for the SaaS platform, with initial integration now underway and serving as the foundation for broader regional expansion.
Jayride expects the launch of its SaaS platform to unlock a high-margin, subscription-based revenue stream, enhancing the company's long-term financial stability and visibility.
Jayride is excited by the early momentum of its SaaS platform and looks forward to sharing further updates as it scales the new offering across the ground transportation industry.
