The portfolio is spread across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia, with a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 7.1 years. The assets are located in strategic urban infill locations with close proximity to major infrastructure, providing excellent connectivity for tenants. Key highlights include the portfolio's high occupancy of 95.1%, freehold ownership of 99%, and a diverse tenant base of 127 customers, with the top 10 tenants accounting for 41% of gross income.
