DroneShield Limited (ASX:DRO) has announced the launch of SentryCiv, its latest solution designed specifically for the civilian market. SentryCiv is an innovative, passive, cost-effective airspace security technology that strengthens defense for high-risk, non-military environments. The solution delivers a new layer of security to protect critical assets such as airports, utilities, data centers, venues, government buildings, energy infrastructure, and other high-profile sites susceptible to drone threats. SentryCiv offers seamless integration with the Sentry-C2 Civ platform, providing operators with real-time alerts, threat prioritization, customizable zones, data logging, and integration with third-party systems. The solution also features DroneShield's proprietary DroneLocator technology for 'dot-on-a-map' tracking of threats and operators, as well as the Encrypted RF Threat Detection-RFAI engine to identify a significant number of common drone models without disrupting existing communication systems. Recognizing the different requirements of civilian and public safety customers, SentryCiv has no upfront purchase cost and is a pure-subscription/SaaS-based product. The solution will also receive quarterly software updates to expand drone detection capabilities, improve performance, and introduce new features.
