Scentre Group has announced a dividend of AUD 0.08815 per security for the half-year ended 30 June 2025. The ex-date for the dividend is 14 August 2025, the record date is 15 August 2025, and the payment date is 29 August 2025. Scentre Group will announce its results for the half-year ended 30 June 2025 (and lodge the Appendix 4D) on Tuesday 26 August 2025. The dividend is not franked, with 100% of the dividend being unfranked. Securityholders may have their distributions paid in NZD directly into their NZD bank account provided they have submitted a valid request to the Scentre Group Share Registry in Australia by close of business on the record date for the distribution. The Fund Payment amount of the distribution will be available on the Group's website on or around 26 August 2025, and the components of this distribution for tax purposes will be sent to members in the annual tax statement in March 2026 and will also be available on the Group's website.
