Shareholders will have the option to participate in the company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), with the DRP price to be calculated based on the volume-weighted average market price over the 10 business days up to the record date. The DRP will not be underwritten, and shares issued under the DRP will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares. There are no minimum or maximum participation requirements for the DRP.
