The suspension follows the lodgement of Federal Court of Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) approving the scheme of arrangement by which Ideagen EVS BidCo Pty Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Ideagen Limited, will acquire all of the issued shares in Envirosuite Limited. The suspension from quotation has been enacted under Listing Rule 17.2.
