Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited (SCEE Group) has announced that its SCEE Electrical and Trivantage Manufacturing subsidiaries have received a range of awards totalling over $110m. SCEE Electrical has been awarded a four-year extension under its existing Services Agreement with Energy Queensland Limited (EQL), marking the second renewal of the partnership which originally commenced in 2017. SCEE Electrical will continue to provide comprehensive asset inspection and maintenance services across EQL's Northern Region network. SCEE Electrical has also been awarded a new Master Services Agreement by Newmont Mining Services Pty Ltd for the provision of general electrical and shutdown labour support at the Newmont Boddington gold mine in Western Australia. This award further strengthens SCEE Electrical's longstanding relationship with Newmont, which now spans over thirty years. Trivantage Manufacturing has been awarded a contract by WeBuild S.P.A. (as part of the Parklife Metro JV) to supply low voltage switchboards and communications panels for the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project, under the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) package. The scope includes the supply of over 600 units comprising Segura modular low-voltage switchboards, custom-designed distribution boards and communications panels for installation within the tunnels and at surface level. Trivantage Manufacturing has also been awarded a contract from FIP Electrical (NSW) Pty Ltd for the supply of main switchboards and distribution boards for a development in Sydney's Darling Harbour precinct.
