WhiteHawk Ltd, the global online cybersecurity exchange, announced that Director and Major Shareholder Giuseppe Porcelli, through his company Lakeba Group Limited, will significantly increase his shareholding in the company. This will be done under the Tranche 2 Placement, which will be subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting in September 2025. Porcelli, who was appointed as a Director in March 2025, is a proven technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading innovative, AI-driven solutions and automated service enterprises. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Lakeba Group, he has successfully launched and scaled technology businesses internationally. Porcelli stated that he has witnessed the capability of the WhiteHawk team, the company's cyber risk product offerings and business pipeline, and recognizes the significant opportunity to materially grow the business outside the US, particularly in the Middle East and ASEAN regions.
