Oneview Healthcare Plc, a provider of software and services for the healthcare sector, reported its financial results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2025. The company's total revenue increased by 36% to €6.3m, with recurring revenue up 7% to €3.8m. The higher revenue was driven by a 132% increase in non-recurring revenue to €2.5m, reflecting stronger deployment activity compared to the prior year period. The company incurred a net loss of €7.9m, 44% higher than the €5.5m loss reported in the first half of 2024. This was primarily due to unfavorable foreign exchange movements, resulting in an FX loss of €1.4m compared to a gain of €0.1m in the prior year period. The higher loss was also impacted by increased staff costs as the company resources the fulfilment of its sales pipeline. In June 2025, Oneview completed a strategic restructuring of its operations, primarily related to challenges in the Australian private hospital sector. The restructuring resulted in a global headcount reduction of approximately 10%, delivering estimated annual cost savings of €1.1m. However, the cost savings will only begin to materialize in the second half of 2025.During the period, Oneview added two new customers, Willis Knighton Health in Louisiana and White Plains Hospital in New York. The company also signed a three-year contract extension with one of its largest recurring revenue customers, expected to increase annual recurring revenue from this customer by over 20% year-on-year.The company continued to invest in product development, launching its first AI-powered patient engagement product, Ovie, and achieving ISO 42001 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System. Oneview is also working on the development of a new user interface, expected to be delivered in the second half of 2025.
