Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX: LIN) has requested a trading halt in its shares from the commencement of trading on Monday, 18 August 2025. The company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed institutional capital raising that is material to the company. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Lindian Resources has provided the following information: a) The company is seeking a trading halt pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed institutional capital raising that is material to the company; b) The company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the company releasing an announcement in relation to the results of the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 20 August 2025; and c) The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information required to be provided to the market in relation to the trading halt.
