Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (ASX: RWC) has announced its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025. Revenue from ordinary activities increased by 5.5% to $1,314.7 million, while net profit after tax attributable to members rose by 13.5% to $125.0 million. The current year results include a first-time full period contribution from the acquisition of Holman Industries, completed on 1 March 2024. Reported EBITDA increased by 9.0% to $269.8 million, and adjusted EBITDA, excluding one-off items, grew by 1.1% to $277.7 million. Reported net profit before tax was up 10.9% to $173.5 million. Basic earnings per share increased by 15.0% to 16.1 cents, while adjusted earnings per share rose by 1.6% to 19.0 cents. The Board has resolved to declare a final distribution amount for the year ended 30 June 2025 of 5.0 cents per share, comprising an unfranked final cash dividend of 2.5 cents per share and an on-market share buy-back of 2.5 cents per share. The aggregate distribution amount declared or paid for the year ended 30 June 2025 is $78.0 million, which represents 62% of net profit after tax and 53% of adjusted net profit after tax.
