Amplitude Energy Limited and its controlled entities ('Amplitude Energy', or the 'Company', or the 'Group') generate revenue from the production of gas and condensate in the Otway and Gippsland Basins, and from the production of oil in the Cooper Basin. In FY25, the Company's operations and interests included offshore gas and gas liquids production, onshore oil production, gas processing plants, and various exploration and development projects. Group gas and oil production for FY25 was 26.6 PJ-equivalent, or 73.0 TJ-equivalent per day, 17.1% higher than the prior year. This represented the upper end of the Company's FY25 production guidance. The Orbost Gas Processing Plant (OGPP) delivered an average gas processing rate of 62.0 TJ/d during FY25, a significant increase compared to the prior year, due to a combination of physical modifications and a greater focus on plant reliability and process efficiency. In the Otway Basin, the Athena Gas Plant also saw improved reliability compared to previous years. The Company made positive progress on its East Coast Supply Project and commenced a marketing campaign with potential gas customers regarding foundation contracts. Amplitude Energy maintained a strong focus on health, safety and sustainability, including fully offsetting its Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions.

Amplitude Energy's FY25 production was 26.6 PJ-equivalent, or 73.0 TJ-equivalent per day, which was at the upper end of the Company's FY25 production guidance of 69 - 73 TJ-equivalent per day.
