Downer EDI Limited has released its preliminary final report for the year ended 30 June 2025. The company reported revenue from ordinary activities of $10,481.5 million, down 4.7% from the previous year. Other income was $50.0 million, resulting in total revenue and other income from ordinary activities of $10,531.5 million, a decrease of 4.7%. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) increased by 56.9% to $283.2 million, while earnings before interest, tax and amortisation of acquired intangible assets (EBITA) rose 52.6% to $310.7 million. Profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to members of the parent entity was $136.7 million, up 97.8%, while profit from ordinary activities after tax and before amortisation of acquired intangible assets (NPATA) increased 71.3% to $168.4 million. On an underlying basis, EBITA rose 24.5% to $474.2 million, and NPATA grew 33.0% to $279.4 million. The company declared a final dividend of 14.1 cents per share, fully franked, payable on 2 October 2025.
