MaxiPARTS Limited (ASX: MXI) today announced its financial results for the full year ended 30 June 2025. Revenue was $267.1m, up 9.5% versus the prior corresponding period (pcp). EBITDA increased 18.4% to $27.3m, with the EBITDA margin improving 70 bps to 10.2%. NPAT from continued operations was $8.8m, up 57% versus pcp. The company declared a final fully franked dividend of 3.12 cents per share. Operating cash flow was $23.0m, with a cash conversion rate of 84%. Key highlights include the completion of the acquisition of the 20% minority shareholding in Forch Australia in July 2025 and the extension of the exclusive Australian distribution agreement for Forch products through to 2032. The company also extended its debt facilities out to September 2028 with a lower fee structure.
