Toys'R'Us ANZ Ltd has been suspended from official quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) due to non-payment of annual listing fees. This suspension, which affects a total of 30 entities, came into effect before the commencement of trading on Friday, 22 August 2025. Under Listing Rule 17.6, any entity that has not paid its annual listing fees by the close of business on Thursday, 21 August 2025 would have its securities suspended from Official Quotation. The affected entities, including Toys'R'Us ANZ Ltd, failed to pay the required annual listing fees for the year ending 30 June 2026. ASX has stated that any entity that has not paid its annual listing fees as required by Listing Rule 16.5 by 5:00pm AEST on Thursday, 28 August 2025 will be removed from the Official List with effect from the close of trading on that date.
