ASX has announced the suspension of securities for multiple entities that failed to pay their annual listing fees for the year ending 30 June 2026 by the due date of 21 August 2025. The suspensions are effective before the commencement of trading on 22 August 2025. Under Listing Rule 17.15, any entity that has not paid its annual listing fees as required by Listing Rule 16.5 by 5:00 pm AEST on Thursday, 28 August 2025 will be removed from the Official List with effect from the close of trading on that same day. The list of suspended entities includes Advanced Health Intelligence Ltd, Assetora Limited, Assetowl Limited, Beston Global Food Company Limited, Bluechiip Limited, ChemX Materials Limited, CL8 Holdings Limited, DMC Mining Limited, Ecofibre Limited, Entyr Limited, Epsilon Healthcare Limited, Field Solutions Holdings Limited, Freedom Care Group Holdings Limited, Gas2Grid Limited, Health and Plant Protein Group Limited, Hudson Investment Group Limited, Inventis Limited, Keybridge Capital Limited, Land & Homes Group Limited, Lepidico Ltd, Lucapa Diamond Company Limited, Merchant House International Limited, Mosaic Brands Limited, Newfield Resources Limited, Redflow Limited, Resource Development Group Limited, Scout Security Limited, Site Group International Limited, Story-I Limited, Strandline Resources Limited, Toys'R'Us ANZ Limited, Traffic Technologies Ltd, Walkabout Resources Ltd, and XTC Lithium Limited.
