Navigator Global Investments Ltd reports record FY2025 results
- Adjusted EBITDA up 26% to $113.6 million
- Net profit after tax up 80% to $119.4 million
- Ownership-adjusted AUM grew 6% to $27.7 billion
Navigator Global Investments Ltd (NGI) has reported another successful year, delivering record Adjusted EBITDA of $113.6 million, representing a 26% increase on the prior year. Net Profit After Tax also improved by 80% to $119.4 million, resulting in an EPS of 21.70 cents per share. The significant improvement in operating results was driven by strong investment performance from Lighthouse, which generated record performance fees of $35.7 million, as well as higher distributions received from NGI's Strategic Partner Firms of $80.1 million. The Group's operating margin improved slightly to 56%, despite higher variable compensation expenses linked to the increased performance fee revenues. During the year, NGI invested in a new Partner Firm, 1315 Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on the healthcare sector. After 16 years on the NGI Board, including 11 as Chair, Michael Shepherd will retire at the upcoming AGM, with Roger Davis appointed as the new Independent Non-Executive Chairman. The company remains focused on its strategy of growing and diversifying its earnings base through investing in high-quality alternative asset managers globally.
Navigator Global Investments expects to continue delivering strong financial performance, with its Partner Firms well-positioned to generate consistent returns and grow AUM across market cycles. The company's open private markets funds currently have an aggregate AUM target of over $2.5 billion.
Navigator Global Investments is confident in its ability to continue executing its strategy of partnering with leading alternative asset managers globally. The company expects its diversified portfolio of Partner Firms to generate stable and growing earnings, supported by strong investment performance and continued AUM growth.
