Kogan.com Ltd (ASX:KGN) has announced a series of changes to its Board of Directors in support of the company's ongoing growth and strategic priorities. The key changes include the appointment of Francine Ereira, Ronn Bechler and Gary Levin as Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective from 26 August 2025. The Board also intends to retain current Chairman Greg Ridder for at least one year following the November 2025 AGM, at which shareholders will be asked to re-elect him, in order to enable an orderly transition to a new Chair around the 2026 AGM.
