The company's operating subsidiary, Veris Australia Pty Ltd, is a fully integrated digital and spatial data advisory and consulting firm that provides end-to-end solutions to tier-1 clients across various industry sectors. For the 2025 financial year, Veris reported a 5% increase in group revenue to $97.2 million, compared to $92.6 million in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations grew by 49% to $10.1 million, up from $6.8 million in the previous year. The company recorded a statutory profit of $1.95 million, a significant turnaround from the $4.7 million loss in the 2024 financial year. The improvement in financial performance was driven by continued growth in the Veris Australia segment. During the year, Veris acquired 100% of Spatial Vision Innovations Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based company that specializes in geospatial solutions and information technology. This acquisition is expected to strengthen and diversify Veris' existing digital solutions and advisory service offering, as well as expand the company's reach to key clients across government agencies in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia.
