Acusensus FY25 Investor Presentation
- Commanding position in ANZ, strong expansion in the USA, a growing pipeline of new products and technologies
- Significant increase in Total Contract Value with several new material contracts awarded
- Growth supplemented by expansion and extension of existing major contracts
Acusensus, a road safety pioneer, has had a significant year of progress in FY25. The company has won several new material contracts, including a multi-function trailer-based enforcement contract in Western Australia, a nationwide mobile speed camera enforcement program in New Zealand, and a new five-year framework contract with Transport for NSW for mobile phone and seatbelt detection. Acusensus has also seen growth through the expansion and extension of existing major contracts, such as the NSW mobile speed camera contract, the Queensland mobile phone and seatbelt contract, and the addition of seatbelt enforcement to the ACT mobile phone contract. The company's international business has also seen strong growth, with revenues from international markets contributing 7% to group revenues, up 104% compared to the prior year. Acusensus has also been deploying new products and technologies, including worker safety technology, railway level crossing safety cameras, and a prototype for impaired driving enforcement. The company has a strong balance sheet, with a cash position of $21.5 million as of 30 June 2025, and is well-positioned for continued growth in FY26.
Acusensus expects strong top line growth of approximately 33-41% in FY26, driven by its commanding position in ANZ, strong expansion in the USA, and a growing pipeline of new products and technologies.
Acusensus is well-positioned for continued growth, with a strong pipeline of new contract opportunities and a focus on developing innovative technologies to address critical road safety issues. The company is targeting broader adoption of its roadworker safety platform in 2026 and a pathway to global adoption in 2027 and beyond.
