Ora Banda Mining Ltd reported a successful FY25, delivering record gold production of 91.7koz, a 36% increase from the previous year. The company's AISC was reduced by 3% to A$2,693/oz. Key achievements included the commencement and ramp-up of the Sand King underground mine, a 500m extension of the Riverina mineralization to a depth of 1km, and the advancement of numerous potential underground targets. The company's cash and cash equivalents increased by $57.4 million to $84.2 million, despite investing $124 million in capital, exploration, and resource development. Ora Banda also executed a Syndicated Facility Agreement for a $50 million revolving credit facility and purchased AUD gold put options to provide price protection. The company's FY26 guidance includes a 60% increase in gold production to 140-155koz, driven by the full-year contribution from Sand King and a proposed ore sale and processing agreement with Norton Gold Fields. The $86 million growth capital budget includes ongoing underground development, process plant improvements, and new infrastructure. The exploration and resource development budget of $73 million is expected to deliver approximately 329km of drilling to extend mine life and advance additional opportunities.
