Scentre Group Reports H1 2025 Results

Scentre Group has reported its financial results for the half-year ended 30 June 2025. Revenue increased by 2.9% to $1,313.8 million, net operating income increased by 3.7% to $1,042.5 million, and Funds from Operations increased by 3.2% to $586.6 million, compared to the prior corresponding period. Profit after tax, including unrealised fair value movements, increased by 93.7% to $782.2 million. The Group declared an interim dividend/distribution of 8.815 cents per stapled security, to be paid on 29 August 2025. The results demonstrate the resilience and strength of Scentre Group's business model, with solid operational performance across its portfolio of prime shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand.
Scentre Group expects to deliver full-year Funds from Operations in the range of $1.2 billion to $1.25 billion for the 2025 financial year.
