Ian Ferrier sells a proportion of his holding

• Founder Ian Ferrier sells 2 million shares
• Ferrier now holds 5.3 million shares, down from 7.3 million
• Ferrier does not intend to sell any more shares in next 12 months

Energy One Ltd has announced that its founder, Mr Ian Ferrier, has sold a proportion of his shareholding in the company. Mr Ferrier has sold 2,000,000 shares from his holding of 7,315,647 shares, and now holds 5,315,647 shares. The sale was conducted via an on-market book build overnight. Mr Ferrier has stated that he does not intend to dispose of any further shares in the following twelve-month period. He remains pleased with the progress of Energy One Limited and its team, and will continue to be engaged with the Company and remain an active member of the Board. The necessary Appendix 3Y Change of Director's Interest Notice and Form 604 Notice of change of interests of substantial holder will be lodged shortly.
