Profit before tax (PBT) decreased 21.1% to $302.2 million, and net profit after tax (NPAT) attributable to owners of the company declined 20.8% to $215.1 million. The company's underlying EBITDA, EBIT, PBT, and NPAT attributable to owners also declined, by 6.3%, 10.9%, 16.2%, and 15.1%, respectively. EBOS declared a final dividend of 61.5 NZ cents per share, fully franked, payable on 24 September 2025. The company's dividend reinvestment plan will be operable for this dividend, with a 2.5% discount to the volume-weighted average sales price.
