EBOS Group Limited has announced the details of its FY2025 final dividend. The dividend will be NZD $0.61500000 per share, with a total distribution of NZD $124,986,590 (AUD $116,061,463). The dividend will be paid on 24 September 2025 to shareholders on record as of 5 September 2025. The ex-date for the dividend is 4 September 2025. The dividend is partially imputed, with an imputation rate of 8.86% and imputation credits of NZD $0.05979167 per share. Resident Withholding Tax of NZD $0.16288958 per share will also be deducted. EBOS Group also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) with a 2.5% discount to the Volume Weighted Average Sales Price ('VWAP') for the shares to be issued under the DRP, determined over the period of 8 September 2025 to 12 September 2025. The last date to submit a participation notice for the DRP is 8 September 2025.
