Metarock Group Ltd, formerly known as Mastermyne Group Limited, has released its preliminary final report for the year ended 30 June 2025. The company reported a 27% decrease in revenue from ordinary activities, which fell from $294.1 million in the prior year to $213.8 million. Profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to the owners of Mastermyne Group Limited declined by 96%, from $39.6 million in FY2024 to $1.7 million in FY2025. Basic and diluted earnings per share also fell significantly, by 95% and 96% respectively. The company did not declare a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025, after paying an interim dividend of 0.5 cents per share in March 2025. Net tangible assets per ordinary security remained unchanged at $0.20 as of 30 June 2025.
