ReadyTech Holdings Limited has reported its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025, delivering total revenue of $121.8 million, up 7.1% year-on-year. The company's subscription revenue rose 7.6% to $102.7 million, with recurring revenue now accounting for 84.3% of total revenue, reinforcing the strength of the SaaS model. The company reported a loss of $16.1 million for the year, compared to a profit of $5.5 million in the prior year. However, ReadyTech highlighted strong performance across its flagship products, securing $15.4 million in new business, including the company's largest-ever Workforce Solutions customer. In the second half of the year, the successful integration of CouncilWise also saw strong evidence that the performance challenges in the Local Government segment had been addressed.
